Working closely with the senior management team you will oversee major contracts in spray sealing (SA), asphalting and civil works (Qld), and be responsible for technical, commercial and people aspects. Additionally, your role will include client liaison, subcontractor management, logistics, while maintaining a strong safety and quality focus.
An engineering qualification is essential and relevant industry experience would be advantageous.

Pioneer Road Services are a market leader in the manufacture and delivery of flexible pavement solutions. We are seeking a Front End Loader Operator for our Mile End plant in South Australia.
Front End Loader operation is the core of this diverse role but you will also be required to also assist in the yard with general duties.
A Loader Licence (LL) is required and a background in mechanical trades / trades assistant would be helpful but is not essential. Experience or knowledge of the asphalt business is preferred, but you may have similar experience from another industry.
There is a requirement to work weekends, mostly Saturdays and a rotating night shift roster applies.
We will provide training and support, but also the opportunity for career advancement for an applicant with the right attitude and aptitude
